You'll Never Eat Fast Food After These Movies!
There are many books and articles, including our own blog "You are What You Eat, so Don't Eat Garbage" about how low-quality food can affect your health, but I think there is nothing more effective than a well-done dramatic movie, like those listed below, to dissuade you from eating "Junk" Fast food:

1- Super Size Me is a 2004 documentary film written, produced, directed by and starring Morgan Spurlock, an American independent filmmaker offering an irreverent look at obesity in America and one of its sources - fast food! The main character decides to mainly eat fast food (like McDonalds') for a few weeks to test if it's really as harmful as some people say it is.

2- Fast Food Nation is a 2006 fictionalized film loosely based on the non-fiction book Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser. The movies is a story of immigrants working in meat processing facilities, and how one Corporate Executive finds out about the quality of burgers they serve.
