Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has challenged Obama again to participate in a public TV debate with him during the September session of the United Nation's General Assembly, in which Ahmadinejad plans to participate. Ahmadinejad had offered a similar debate proposal to George W. Bush, which was never taken up or acknowledged by Bush.
