Iranian cyclist Askari wins Tour of Qinghai Lake but disciplined in Iran for popping champagne

Hossein Askari, Iranian professional racing cyclist, riding for Tabriz Petrochemical Cycling Team, was this year's champion of the competitive cycling contest "Tour of Qinghai Lake" in China. He was followed by a Croatian and an American. But according to Zangiabadi, director of Iranian Cycling Federation, Asgkri will face disciplinary action in Iran because he popped a champagne, which is against acceptable Islamic traditions in Iran.
