One wrong English translation may cost Iran 3 Islands?

Legal and diplomatic experts indicate (in the following video) that Iran's position on ownership of three disputed Islands in the Persian Gulf may be weakened by wrong English translaton of a Persian word in the 1971 Memorandum of Understanding signed between Iran and Arabic countries. In this document, apparently the British mediators (perhaps knowingly) used the phrase "Occupation" to refer to Iranian Army's troop "re-arrangements" (Re-deployment or "esteghrar" in Persian) in the islands at that time. This may legally weaken Iran's strong legal and historic claim of ownership on these Islands.
