Since 2007 Fathi has been the Director of the Center for Knowledge Management and Intelligent Systems (KMIS) at Siegen University in Germany says he is in touch with many young people in Iran and loves to go back to Iran as often as possible. He believes economic growth, meritocracy and specialization would greatly benefit Iranian society.
