The Healthiest Diet and Where to Buy It? Convincing Talks by Dariush Mozaffarian and Mohammad Modarres

In a recent lecture on TED, Iranian American social entrepreneur Mohammad Modarres makes a convincing case of why all of us can eat healthier and smarter and help the planet by buying food from local farmers markets and joining local community supported agriculture (CSA):
Mohammad is a Johns Hopkins alumnus where he studied public health and is now working on his interfaith (Halal-Kosher) meal venture and dinner events.
Separately, another Iranian American, Dr. Dariush Mozaffarian, a cardiologist and Professor at Tufts University, discusses latest research and guidelines on healthy diet:
Before being appointed as Dean at Tufts in 2014, Dr. Mozaffarian was at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health for a decade and clinically active in cardiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He is married, has three children, and actively trains as a Third Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.
