Video: The Meaning of Human Life According to Pepe Mujica, The World's Poorest President

President-fighter-poet-farmer-philosopher José Mujica, former freedom fighter and political prisoner-turned-President of Uruguay (from 2010 to 2015) described as "the world's poorest President" shares his valuable wisdom about the meaning of humanity and life:
Mujica declined to live in the presidential palace and instead lives on a small farm with his wife. They cultivate and sell chrysanthemums for living and he donates 90 percent of his monthly salary to charities that benefit poor people and small entrepreneurs. In 2010, the value of Mujica's old Volkswagen Beetle was $1,800 and represented the entirety of the mandatory annual personal wealth declaration filed by Mujica for that year! Mujica has said: I'm called 'the poorest president', but I don't feel poor.
A former Tupamaros freedom fighter in the 60s and the 70s, Mujica was detained, like a hostage by the dictatorship between 1973 and 1985. He advocates a philosophy of life focused on sobriety: learn to live with what is necessary and fairest.

One of the most viral video clips of the series about meaning of life is an interview with José Mujica. In the video clip Mujica shares; "Either you’re happy with very little, free of all that (extra) luggage, because you have happiness inside, or you don’t get anywhere!"
