- We previously tried to keep the launch time of rationing confidential but some reports leaked it which led to long lines in gasoline stations. Also, starting on Friday, with provocation by foreign media, we saw riot clusters of 5-6 protesters which always included at least a woman, roaming around cities and using molotov cocktails to set facilities on fire.. As damages spread we were forced to shut down Internet to curb this stage of riot although we were aware of the financial cost of shutting down the Internet.
