Rohani wants military out of economy to allow for free market competition
In his speech to members of Parliament and his cabinet, including Minister Zarif, President Rohani implicitly addresses the Leader and blames the dysfunction in the Iranian economy on the involvement of military (such as IRGC) and government entities in owning and running businesses: "Without free market competition, a strong economy is just empty rhetoric!"
Rohani also implicitly thanked the Leader for not interfering in the election: "This election showed when we respect people's will, they will come through."
