These Two US Presidential Candidates Plan to Hold Saudi Arabia and Israel Accountable

It is rare to see any US politician confront the powerful pro-Israeli or pro-Saudi lobbies but now two of the US presidential candidates, one among the youngest and one among the oldest yet both among the top five contenders in the Democratic line up, are doing just that!
Tulsi Gabbard, one of the youngest Presidential Candidates and a US Army officer, is now demanding that all information regarding Saudi Arabia's involvement in 9/11 attacks be publicized. In her TV interview, she indicates: "Families who lost loved ones in the 9/11 attacks want the truth, and they deserve the truth!"
The articulate meditative anti-war Gabbard who is impressively composed and calm, has served two tours of duty in the Middle East and continues her service as a Major in the Army National Guard. She is not a regular warrior but also a poet/philosopher warrior. She is a strong environmental advocate, a vegetarian yogi, a surfer, a martial arts athlete and a gardener.
Separately, Bernie Sanders, an independent veteran of America's progressive politics and of Jewish faith himself, is targeting Israel. Speaking at the national conference of J Street in Washington DC he has demanded accountability for Israel: "My solution is to say to Israel: you get $3.8 billion every year; if you want military aid you’re going to have to fundamentally change your relationship to the people of Gaza, in fact, I think it is fair to say that some of that should go right now into humanitarian aid.”
He added his belief that the US cannot give such aid “carte blanche” to the Israeli government, or for that matter, to any government at all. “We have a right to demand respect for human rights and democracy.”
Under-represented by large corporate-sponsored media, Gabbard and Sanders both plan to renew peace and nuclear talks with Iran and reverse trump's pro-Saudi, pro-Israeli, Anti-Iranian foreign policy.
