U.S. Navy's Nitze destroyer approached by Iranian boats (video)
Independent Persian News Search Engine, Kodoom.com: Video released by U.S. Navy of the guided-missile destroyer USS Nitze approached on Aug. 23, 2016 in Persian Gulf by four Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy patrol boats which carried out a “high speed intercept” in the vicinity of the Strait of Hormuz. An official in the U.S. Defense Department called the incident "unsafe and unprofessional." Iran maintains a close watch over the strategic strait of Homroz is in the country's national security interest.
