We are being led by weak and feckless leadership who only serve to enrich themselves," reads one of the (digital) letter fragments, allegedly. In a second letter, Livelsberger expressed the need to "cleanse my mind" of the deaths of people he knew and "the burden of the lives I took...We are the United States of America, the best country people to ever exist! But right now we are terminally ill and headed toward collapse. This was not a terrorist attack, it was a wake up call. Americans only pay attention to spectacles and violence. What better way to get my point across than a stunt with fireworks and explosives? Why did I personally do it now? I needed to cleanse my mind of the brothers I’ve lost and relieve myself of the burden of the lives I took."

The most intriguing statements, however, are made in an email allegedly sent to Sam Shoemate - in warning that the "drones" seen around the United States over the last month are using "gravatic propulsion systems," which only China and the United States possess. Shoemate shared the email on Shawn Ryan's show. Here is the full email:
