In Pictures: Makeshift Rural Schools in Iran

Schools in some hard-to-reach areas of Iran are often one- or two-room classes in tents or trailer houses that lack basic plumbing and heating facilities. Some 2500 students attend such makeshift schools in the village of Izeh. Teachers and students are embracing for cold classroom days with arrival of frigid weather in Iran.
