Dress directive for Iranian universities

Hamshahri: A Disciplinary Directive has been sent to several Iranian universities with strict guidelines about dress requirements. For women, what is strictly forbidden and punishable is: wearing a hat alone to cover hair without a scarf, showing any parts of body except hands and face, wearing thin scarves and socks, skirts, tight pants, long nails, artificial nails, nail polish and decorations, pierced jewelry (except ear rings), ankle bracelets, and tooth sparkles.
For men, what is strictly forbidden and punishable: Feminine outfit, neck ties, tight pants, nail polish, any jewelry and body ornaments (except wedding ring), hair color and insulting hairdo.
