Only in America: Gunfight with Police
Many Iranians and others who live outside the United States have a hard time understanding the wisdom of the second amendment in the US Constitution, which is the right to own and carry fire arms for American citizens. There are in fact more than 300 million guns owned by Americans. Many are used for hunting but others for crimes or shooting at the police (as seen in the first two videos) or defending someone's property, civil liberties and rights (possible motive of the old agitated driver in the third video).
Although these videos show the violent side of gun ownership in America, they do not explain that the second amendment was designed to protect the first amendment, which is freedom of speech and religion/belief.
A violent drug addict shoots at the policeman because he believes the officer is harassing him too much
In other words, the public right to own guns is among the main guarantors of basic freedoms practiced in America and a primary reason American Presidents don't turn into forever lifetime tyrants (as in other countries), police cannot easily abuse their power and citizens, and people are free to choose or leave religions, and speak against any politician or powerful figure. There is not much that is sacred in America except every citizen's right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness (and personal property).

There are a lot more videos on this channel (Midwest Safety) on gunfight with the Police.
