Young Iranians win Gold and Silver at the FIDE World Chess Championships
Independent Aggregator of Iran-related news/events, Kodoom.com: Junior Iranian chess player Bardiya Daneshvar has won a gold medal at the second edition of Fédération Internationale des Échecs (FIDE) World Cadets Rapid Championship in Belarus, attended by 747 young chess players from 27 countries.

Also in the Blitz Championships held at the Palace of Sport in the Belarusian capital city of Minsk, young Iranians won 2 silver medals: Hesam Amir Jalalvand with 8 out of 9 points in Under 8 (U-8) division and Bardiya Daneshvar with 7.5 out of 9 points in U-12.
