Supporters of Iranian leader attack reformist's house (video)
For several nights this week, armed pro-government militia chanted slogans in support of Iranian leader Ayatollah Khamenei, and attacked the residential complex of Mehdi Karrubi, Iranian outspoken reformist and former Head of Iranian Parliament, who first disclosed evidence of torture and rape inside Iranian prisons. Amateur videos show bullet holes in lobby of Karrubi's House, and militants' raid on Friday night while chanting: "the blood in our body, is a gift to our leader!"
Karrubi who calls last year's contested Presidential election a sham, says he would not be intimidated, but has asked the government to spare his wife, family and neighbors from harassment intended to silence him. Karrubi, his sons and body guards, have been assaulted and even injured by the militia and security agents in the past.
