Is the new video by "Dr. Bineshpajooh" doctored?

For the past few days, the following new video by Iranian singer Shahkar Bineshpajooh has stirred much debate on Facebook and Youtube. Some critics believe the parts of video showing live cheering audience are doctored, and there is no record of such event in Barcelona. Shahkar's fans applaud the melody and picture quality of the video. The music is copied from Dean Martin's once-popular song "sway" (video below).
