Iranian police arrests woman because of immodest dress

Male Iranian police officers in the City of Hamedan use violence to arrest woman accused of poor Hijab and immodest dress. Touching a stranger women by male officers is considered a violation of modesty in Islamic code. Many other men watch calmly as bystanders:
