Today's well-anticipated annual Tehran Darby between Persepolis FC and Esteghlal FC, attended by some 90,000 spectators, was interrupted often as rocks, bottles, tomatos and other objects were hurled at players! The scoreless game ended with a tie. One Iranian news service (link here) wrote: "The billionnaires tied! The rock throwers won!" Another title was "No goals but rocks and tomatos landed on targets!"
