Iran's Morality Police Issues Male Footballer "Immodest Hair Cover" Warning Citation!

According to Persian news sources, in what appears to be a case of AI (artificial intelligence) facial recognition image processing error, Iran's Morality Police has sent an "Immodest Improper Hijab (Hair Cover)" warning citation to a male footballer and a former star of Persepolis FC, one of Asia's most popular football (soccer) teams. The male footballer, Shpejtim Arifi, originally a Kosovar Albanian German who now lives in Iran, has long hair and was riding along a male friend in a car, when he was mistakenly identified by Tehran's facial recognition surveillance cameras as a female passenger with improper head cover (Hijab).
In cases which involve a woman showing some of her hair not covered by a head scarf, the driver of the car, registered in the national database, automatically receives a warning citation text message on their phone. Repeated violations include heavy fines and imprisonment.
Shpejtim who is divorced has acted in several Iranian movies and enjoys his life as a single bachelor dating Iranian women and attending private house parties. He is well-connected and will face no legal issues as long as the women he dates cover their hair in public and specially in front of Morality Surveillance cameras across the city.
Iran is among the few countries in the world that still mandate a head cover for women and imposes strict modest dress codes even for women in their private vehicles.
According to Iranian news agencies thousands of automated text message citations and warnings have been issued to owners of cars tagged by surveillance cameras as carrying women with immodest or inadequate hijab (mandatory Islamic hair cover). As a result despite the coronavirus crisis and social distancing rules, long lines of people who have received citations have formed queues in front of Tehran’s morality police office on Vozara Avenue.
Many of these people claim they're innocent for example a clergyman has complained on his Twitter account that he has received a citation for improper hijab so he has jokingly pledged not to remove his turban in the future inside his car! Then he continues by saying “I swear I was not on that Street! For God’s sake Why do you these [citations]?”
Another case of mistaken identity was that of Vahid Rajabloo, a well known disabled handicapped entrepreneur who had received a citation for poor hijab despite proof that he was elsewhere attending a meeting at the time the surveillance camera issued the citation.
Afshin Barahooyi, another recipient of the surveillance citation by Morality police has indicated that he has not been in Tehran since March 20 and has no idea how his car was tagged on the streets of Tehran?
Separately, as shown in pictures, the Vice Prevention unit of Tehran police has started to crack down on underground hookah salons now popular with young Iranians:
