Tips for Women to Remain Young

1) keep your mind relaxed, try to remain in smiling mood most of the time..life is short, live it meaningfully, forget past and work hard for better future.. 2) get in bed early and rise early too, take sound sleep which restores your energy..
3) must have hobbies..any good hobby which provides you relaxation..
4) do regular exercise, avoid eating too much fats, eat fruits..
5) make habit of eating poly meal..don''t stick to one type of diet.. in addition to above if you do yoga every day then results are fantastic
