Ahmadinejad uses the analogy of "a cat run over by a car" for victims of human rights violation in Iran

Ahmadinejad as part if his speech in today's Anti-Israeli Qods rally in Tehran: "When a country like ours is against their policies, they issue Human rights resolutions when a cat is run over by our municipal car, or when someone trips over and falls, but when it comes to Israel they ignore everything.."
International Human Rights watch dogs, like Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, regularly report human rights abuses and violations by Israel and Iran alike.
Widespread human rights violations have been reported in Iran after the June 12 election in which reformists claim Ahmadinejad won by fraud and rigging the election. More than 4000 university students, reformists, demonstrators, journalists, political activists, lawyers, and human rights advocates were arrested, or missing. Many claim torture and some were killed under torture. There are also allegations of rape.//
