When Iranian-born Mina tweeted about her wish to introduce Norwegian royal family to Persian food and culture, she did not expect to see the Queen, her bride and entourage at her door a few days later! Mina and her mother served the Queen and her bride Persian (Iranian) tea, pastry (like Zoolbia, Bamieh, cream puffs, etc.), and pomegranates and discussed Persian culture:
