Ahmadinejad's Senior Adviser Wanted for Brutalizing his Ex-Wife
News Sources from inside Iran report that on Monday night, Mehdi Kalhor, Ahmadinejad's Senior Cultural adviser, while visiting his separated wife, Masoume Taheri, brutalized her. She reportedly fled her apartment and sought refuge in a neighbor's house, has filed a complaint with Police and alleges that Mehdi Kalhor was strangling her.
Kalhor has been facing personal family scandals after his daughter Narges, who left Iran and sought political asylum in Europe to protest Ahmadinejad's tyranny, disclosed that her father (Kalhor) abandoned the family and has behavioral problems. Kalhor called his daughter's asylum application and anti-Ahmadinejad statements the result of a secret "U.S.-led foreign" project to disgrace Iranian officials. But later his separated wife, Masoume Taheri, confirmed daughter's allegations and called Kalhor a liar and an incompetent father and husband.
